Incident Summary:

03/22/2009: On Sunday, at about 0245, in Tamontaka village, Cotabato, Philippines, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device at a Husky Bus terminal, damaging two buses and causing no casualties. It is suspected that the attack was motivated by extortion, but no group claimed responsibility, although authorities believed that Moro Islamic Liberation Front-Special Operations Group members under a rogue leader were responsible. The group denied responsibility.
