Incident Summary:

03/26/2009: On Thursday, at about 0100, on Betarragane Street in Amorebieta, Pais Vasco, Spain, an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded outside the residence of a local business owner, Juan Manuel Arana, causing minor damage to the residence but no casualties. No motive was reported and no group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed that Basque Fatherland and Liberty (ETA) was responsible.
