04/06/2009: On Monday, in Mankachar, Dhubri, Assam, India, suspected militants threw a grenade at a police station, injuring two police officers. Authorities suspect the United Liberation Front of Assam in the attack, claiming that the attack was coordinated, occurring on the eve of the 30th anniversary of the founding of the militant group which have been linked to many acts of terrorism in Assam.
