04/13/2009: On Monday night at about 2230, in San Martin, Cesar, Colombia, in the village of Terraplen, assailants fired upon people, killing one person and wounding four others. Two people were reported missing. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities suspected the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) was responsible.
