05/03/2009: On Sunday, in Tulua, Valle, Colombia unknown assailants detonated an explosive device against the storage facility Singer and New Home whose owner has been extorted eight times in the past. In the attack, several establishments were affected such as, the Agrario Bank, Optics "El Lago," and the shop "El Boton." Property damage was estimated at over $50,125 dollars. No group has claimed responsibility.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
