Incident Summary:

05/29/2009: On Friday afternoon at 1330, a magnetic bomb attached to a car exploded near the courthouse in Khalis in the Diyala province. The car belonged to the poet Khalid al Saadi, who was in the car at the time. All six people, including Saadi were killed in the explosion. No claim of responsibility has been reported.
