Incident Summary:

06/02/2009: On Tuesday morning at around 0900, in Khan Aqa village, Sayadan, Parvan, Afghanistan, a suicide bomber rammed and detonated his vehicle-borne improvised explosive device into another vehicle, killing two children, four civilians, wounding one child, and damaging one vehicle. No motive was reported and the Taliban and Hizb-i-Islami both claimed responsibility.
