06/20/2009: On Saturday night, approximately midnight, in Guzara, Herat, Afghanistan, assailants detonated a roadside improvised explosive device near a vehicle, killing three children, three civilians, and damaging one vehicle. No group claimed responsibility, although it was believed the Taliban were responsible.
