6/28/2009: An improvised exploside device was discovered at a bridge that was under construction in Issiouène, Bouira province, Algeria. The military safely defused the device without incident. No group claimed responsibility for the incident and specific motive is unknown; however, the bridge was part of a roadbuilding project (East-West highway) that was contracted out to CITIC-CRCC.
