07/27/2009: On Monday morning, in Sabari, Khost, Afghanistan, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device fitted beneath a temporary stall, killing one civilian and injuring five others. No group has claimed responsibility but an escalation in the violent incidents came as foreign troops on Monday announced they have launched a search operation against the Taliban in Sabari district.
