08/03/2009: On Monday morning, on the Qalat-Syuri highway, in Zabol, Afghanistan, assailants planted an improvised explosive device which detonated when a civilian car struck it, killing two civilians, wounding three others, and damaging the vehicle. No group claimed responsibility.
