08/10/2009: On Monday evening at 2000, in one of two related attacks in the Rashid district of Baghdad, Iraq, assailants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device near a restaurant in the southwestern Shurtah ar Rabi'a neighborhood, killing two civilians, wounding 18 others, and damaging the restaurant. No group claimed responsibility.
