Incident Summary:

09/08/2009: On Tuesday afternoon, in the al-Touz district of At Ta'mim, Iraq, a roadside bomb targeted, Lt. Col. Zayd Hussein Khalaf, the director of the anti-terrorism department in the Amerli district, near the village of Janjaly, killing the director and three of his security detail and wounding another. There was no motive or damage reported and no group has claimed responsibility.
