09/29/2009: On Tuesday night at about 0030, in Balili village in Bontoc, Mountain Province, Philippines, between 20 and 30 armed assailants set fire to nine vehicles owned by the RUA Construction Field Office, damaging all nine vehicles but causing no casualties. The New People's Army/Communist Party of the Philippines (NPA-CPP) claimed responsibility.
