09/30/2009: On Wednesday, in Paatan Upper village in Kabacan, Cotabato, Philippines, assailants fired upon and killed two civilians. The assailants may have mistaken the victims for hostile forces. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) was responsible.
