Incident Summary:
10/13/2009: On Tuesday evening, in Buhriz, Diyala, Iraq, a suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device he was wearing near a coffee shop as the Diyala Sahwa Council deputy commander, Leith Mishaan, was inside, killing Mishaan, three other paramilitary members and four civilians and wounding six civilians and four paramilitary members, and damaging the coffee shop and four civilian cars. There was no motive reported and no group claimed responsibility.
