Incident Summary:

11/15/2009: On Sunday morning, unidentified militants attacked the vehicle of the Agriculture Minister of South Sudan in an unspecified area of Central Equatoria State, Sudan. Five civilians were killed and the minister, Samson Kwaje, along with six others were injured in the attack. The attackers also burned two vehicles in the minister's convoy but extra troops have been deployed and have secured the area. No group claimed responsibility but it is believed that the attackers were from a group that wanted the state's Wonduruba area to remain part of Juba County.
