Incident Summary:

12/10/2009: On Thursday at 1500, in the Goorubandha Bazaar area near the Missamari Police Station, Sonapur, Assam, India, assailants threw a grenade into a crowded marketplace, killing one child and three civilians and wounding 15 civilians. Six to seven of the injured were said to be in critical condition. No group claimed responsibility, although it was police believed the National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) was responsible.
