12/24/2009: On Thursday at 1500, a magnetic improvised explosive device (IED) stuck to a civilian car detonated in Tobchi area in the Al Kazimiyah district of central Baghdad, Iraq. One civilian was killed, three were wounded, and one car was damaged. No group claimed responsibility.
