01/09/2010: On Saturday, in Mocoa, Putumayo, Colombia, members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) set fire to a tanker truck used to transport gasoline on the route that leads from Mocoa, Putumayo to Pitalito, Huila. No casualties were reported and no group has claimed responsibility for the arson attack.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
