02/16/2010: On Tuesday morning between 0800 and 0830, a civilian was killed and 11 others were wounded when two improvised explosive devices were detonated by unidentified militants targeting the Anti-Narcotic Drugs Museum in the Tongcheng area of the town of Laukkai in Myanmar's Shan State. No group claimed responsibility.
