02/26/2010: On Friday, in Towraghondi, Herat, Afghanistan, assailants detonated an improvised explosive device planted on a motorcycle, targeting the car of the Minister for Water and Power Mohammad Ismael Khan, damaging the car and injuring the minister and two civilians . No group claimed responsibility but the Taliban is suspected responsible.
