Incident Summary:

03/18/2010: On Thursday, in the Achanak Chowk area of Dera Bugti in Pakistan's Balochistan, unidentified men detonated a remote-controlled improvised explosive device attached to a bicycle wounding three civilians, identified as Ali Dad, Mir Hazar Khan and Nasibullah. The bicycles was damaged. No group claimed responsibility.
