Incident Summary:

03/21/2010: On Sunday, in Hangu, North West Frontier, Pakistan, assailants kidnapped six tribal elders. On 03/23/2010, in the same area, assailants cut the throat of one of the victims, killing him. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible. The status of the remaining hostages is unknown.
