Incident Summary:

04/01/2010: On Thursday, in Toturbiykala outside of Khasavyurt, Dagestan, Russia, a car bomb exploded killing two people and wounded one other. Initial reports said the explosives in the VAZ-2199 car went off accidentally. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage to the car. No group claimed responsibility for the blast.
