Incident Summary:

04/01/2010: On Thursday night around 2200, near the Avantipora station in the Gulbugh area near Kakapora town of Phulwama district, Jammu and Kashmir, India, suspected Lashkar-e-Taiba activists detonated an improvised explosive device on a section of railway tracks, damaging about two to three meters of track but causing no casualties. No group claimed responsibility.
