Incident Summary:

04/23/2010: On Friday afternoon, in one of two related attacks, in the Sadr city district of Baghdad, Iraq, a car bomb exploded close to a political office of a Shiite radical leader, Moqtada al-Sadr. No damages were reported in the attack. Between this explosion and another explosion near a market in the same area, 39 people were killed and another 56 were wounded. No group claimed responsibility, but Al Qaeda was suspected.
