Incident Summary:

04/23/2010: On Friday afternoon, in the second of two related attacks, a car bomb exploded near a market in Sadr City, Baghdad, Iraq. No damages were reported in the attack. Between this explosion and another explosion near a political office in the same area, 39 people were killed and another 56 were wounded. No group claimed responsibility however, al-Qaeda is suspected.
