04/24/2010: On Saturday morning, in Banglwa panchayat, Munger, India, around 40 Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) militants bombed a primary health center by triggering a dynamite explosion and also blew up a Panchayat Bhawan (hotel). No injuries have been reported as a result of the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
