05/02/2010: On Sunday, near Caloto, Cauca, Colombia, assailants attacked the town and fought with the army, Jaime Ilamo Escue, an indigenous leader was killed when a piece of shrapnel hit the his head. No group claimed responsibility, although authorities believed the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) was responsible.
