Incident Summary:

5/19/2010: An unknown number of assailants attacked Bagram Air Base at Bagram city, Parwan province, Afghanistan. The assailants carried grenades, automatic weapons, and rockets, and four of the attackers wore suicide vests. At least seven of the attackers were killed, as was an American contractor; reports indicate that five soldiers were wounded. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
