Incident Summary:

06/01/2010: On Tuesday evening, at about 1800, in the village Paloquemao, near the municipality of Isnos, Huila, members of the 13th Front of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) kidnapped Juan Antonio Giraldo Londono, an engineer working on the reconstruction of a highway, employed by Union Temporal Gayco S.A. On 07/09/2010, Londono was freed unharmed in Popayan , Cauca, Colombia. No group claimed responsibility.
