Incident Summary:

06/04/2010: On Friday evening at 2030, in the Yelbrussky district of Tyrnyauz, Kabardino-Balkaria, Russia, police found a 2.5 kilogram bomb on a bridge crossing a canal on Yelbrusska Street. The Prokhladny-to-Asau highway was temporarily closed down while the device was detonated by gunfire. No damage or casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
