Incident Summary:

06/18/2010: On Friday, in Al Hudaydah, Al Hudaydah, Yemen, assailants attempted to detonate an improvised explosive device (IED) near the Safer-Ras Elisa oil pipeline, but were stopped when authorities intervened before the assailants were able to detonate the IED. There were no casualties or damage and no group claimed responsibility, but it was believed that members of the Abidah tribe were responsible.
