Incident Summary:

07/07/2010: On Wednesday, in the outskirts of Quetta, Pakistan, a coal mine dealer, Ghulam Sakhi, was abducted by unidentified assailants. Levies Force then found the body on 07/11/2010, near Spin Karez, Quetta, Pakistan. The autopsy showed that the victim was tortured to death. No group claimed responsibility.
