07/30/2010: On Friday, in Novosulak village in Kizilyurt, Dagestan, Russia, two 10 liter plastic tanks filled with ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder with a timing device were found at the entrance to a food store, and defused by police. No damage or casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
