08/21/2010: On Saturday, in the Rabat-i-Sangi district of Herat, Afghanistan, unidentified militants opened fire on Abdul Hadi Jamshidi, an Afghan parliamentary candidate, killing his brother and wounding three private security guards. No damage was reported and no group claimed responsibility, although the Taliban was suspected.
