Incident Summary:

08/25/2010: On Wednesday, in al-Andaluss neighborhood, Ramadi, Al Anbar, Iraq, in one of 26 related attacks, two unidentified gunmen detonated an improvised explosive device planted in a parked car targeting the directorate of the Foreign Policy Association, killing the two gunmen and wounding four others. The blast occurred when two gunmen were attempting to booby trap the car. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage and no group claimed responsibility.
