09/09/2010: On Thursday, in Untsukul, Dagestan, Russia, two improvised explosive devices (IEDs) detonated at a hydro electric power plant, Irganai, while a third failed to explode and was safely defused. The defused IED consisted of two plastic bottles filled with an explosive substance, with a trap mine attached. No casualties or damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
