Incident Summary:

09/10/2010: On Friday night around 2200, in Tarki village, in Makhachkala, Dagestan, Russia, unidentified militants fired on and killed Captain Khaibula Mirzoyev, head of police in the village of Karamakhi, while he was visiting his father. After exiting the house to perform the ritual of ablution, gunmen opened fire upon the officer. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
