09/18/2010: On Saturday afternoon at 1530, in Pol-e 'alam, Lowgar, Afghanistan, unidentified assailants fired a rocket at the Saydan polling center, damaging the center but causing no casualties. No group claimed responsibility, although it was widely believed the Taliban was responsible.
