09/28/2010: On Tuesday afternoon at 1700, at the Jasmine café on Gamidov Street in Izberbash, Dagestan, Russia, four police officers, including the head of the center for combating extremism, Radzhap Ramazanov, were shot and killed by unidentified militants. The shooters reportedly escaped in a Russian made car. No group claimed responsibility.
