10/01/2010: On Friday, in Kismayu, Jubbada Hoose, Somalia, unidentified militants flogged and injured three men. One was flogged for theft, two for being secretly engaged, and the fourth for the use of narcotics. No group has claimed responsibility, but the militant group Al Shabaab was thought to be responsible for the attack.
