10/04/2010: On Monday, in Hammam Al 'Alil, Ninawa, Iraq, unknown assailants detonated an improvised explosive device stuck to the vehicle of Khamis Mahmoud, a member of the municipality council of Hammam Al 'Alil. Khamis was not wounded in the bombing, but the blast caused damage to his vehicle. No group claimed responsibility.
