Incident Summary:

10/19/2010: On Tuesday, in Tikrit, Salah ad Din, Iraq, unidentified assailants planted bombs and a booby-trapped motorbike near the house of Lieutenant Colonel Qais Farhan, commander of the emergency response unit of Tikrit. Three children and four women were killed, and three others were wounded in the explosion, all of them relatives of the police commander. Farhan was also wounded in the attack and the house was destroyed in the attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
