10/21/2010: On Thursday, in Pol-e Alam, Lowgar, Afghanistan, a girls’ high school was blown up by suspected Taliban militants. A school caretaker was attacked and wounded by the militants after they had detonated the explosives. No other casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
