Incident Summary:
12/02/2010: On Thursday night, in Tupakulagudem village in Eturnagaram, Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India, a group of five unidentified militants broke the diesel tank of an Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APARTC) bus and poured the fuel on the vehicle, setting in on fire. The attack caused an unknown amount of property damage to the vehicle. No casualties were reported and no group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-M) militants were responsible.

Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
