Incident Summary:

12/03/2010: On Friday, in Suleiman-Stalsky, Dagestan, Russia, three unidentified militants poured petrol and set fire to the Elitnyy (Elite) shop. After, the militants took two shop assistants outside and opened fire on the building using automatic weapons. No casualties were reported in the attack and no group claimed responsibility.
