Incident Summary:

12/06/2010: On Monday night at 2200, in the Pushkin area of St. Petersburg, Russian Republic, Russia, unidentified assailants detonated unknown explosives and severely damaged a statue of Lenin at the intersection of Malaya and Konyushennaya Streets. The blast caused the huge statue to lean to one side, but it is still standing. There were no casualties but the blast broke glass out of nearby apartment buildings and a store across the street. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
