12/13/2010: On Monday, in the rural area of La Victoria, Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia, the 12th Engineering Battalion of the Colombian Army located three improvised explosive devices, which were safely defused preventing any casualties or property damage from incurring. No group claimed responsibility, but authorities suspected the 61st Timanco Front of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) intended to use the explosives against military troops and local civilians in the area.
